Looking for an exciting contract position with the chance to travel? Submit your resume now for consideration to serve as an Onsite Coordinator. The Onsite Coordinator manages onsite logistics necessary to operate a full service lead retrieval desk before, during and after a tradeshow. Responsibilities include setup, exhibitor training, distribution and sale of onsite orders, as well as show floor support during the event. The Onsite Coordinator is also responsible for downloading data collected by exhibitors, packing equipment, and completing applicable paperwork to handle return shipment to its next destination.

This is an ideal opportunity for part-time workers, contractors, and professionals who have worked within the tradeshow industry. During the busy season, opportunities exist to work 2-3 shows a month with an average of 4 days per show.
The Onsite Technician configures and maintains the onsite network, troubleshooting and taking corrective action as necessary. The Onsite Technician also maintains connectivity of equipment via BlueTooth. In addition, this position assists the Onsite Coordinators during operation of the service counter.
