The Onsite Coordinator manages onsite logistics necessary to operate a full service lead retrieval desk before, during and after a tradeshow. Responsibilities include setup, exhibitor training, distribution and sale of onsite orders, as well as show floor support during the event. The Onsite Coordinator is also responsible for downloading data collected by exhibitors, packing equipment, and completing applicable paperwork to handle return shipment to its next destination.

The Onsite Technician configures and maintains the onsite network, troubleshooting and taking corrective action as necessary. The Onsite Technician also maintains connectivity of equipment via BlueTooth. In addition, this position assists the Onsite Coordinators during operation of the service counter.
